Material Selection
Vessels are manufactured from carbon steel or stainless steel according to the required application, pressure, coating, and corrosion environment.
Weld Verification
Welds are checked through visual inspection and non-destructive testing when required by the vessel specification and certification scope.
Hydrostatic & Air Testing
Every tank is pressure-tested. Standard vessels are tested at 1.5x working pressure, while high-pressure models can be tested up to 63 bar.
Certification Records
Orders can include test certificates, product identification, quality records, and relevant ISO / CE / PED documentation.
